3. Delivery Timing

Personalized fairy tales selected from our existing library are typically generated and made available for download within a few minutes of your request. AI-generated fairy tales and AI-powered coloring images may take slightly longer to process, as each item is individually created based on the details you provide. In the rare event that generation takes longer than expected, we will notify you through your account or by email.

4. Accessing Your Downloads

Completed items remain accessible for download through your Pebblewish account. We recommend downloading and saving your files to your own device shortly after they are generated to ensure continued access.

5. Printing

All fairy tales and coloring pages are provided in print-ready PDF format. You may print them at home or at any print shop of your choice. Pebblewish does not provide physical printing or shipping services.
