3.2 The Company makes use of illustrations and related protected materials on lawful grounds, including through arrangements with relevant rightsholders (which may include illustrators and/or other licensors), and the specific legal basis and structure of such arrangements may vary from case to case.
3.3 The Company’s inclusion of an illustration (or any other protected material) on the Site indicates that the Company is entitled to use and make available that illustration (or other protected material) for the purposes of operating the Site and providing its services, in accordance with applicable law.
- Trade marks and branding
